In order to make your stay in the berlimus house pleasant for everyone and to conserve resources, please adhere to the following rules:

1. Please handle all inventory, instruments and technology carefully. If there is any damage or loss, please report it immediately.
2. Making music and singing in berlimus are expressly desired! However, in the interest of being a good neighbor, please avoid unnecessary and excessive noise pollution. For this reason, bands with drums cannot rent the house! If necessary, please keep windows and doors closed when playing music. Don't worry, the house has air exchange (ventilation)!
3. Smoking is prohibited throughout the house and on the terraces. Smokers should only use the smoking island behind the garden pond. Thanks!
   
4. To avoid allergic reactions in guests are animals not allowed in the house!
5. The rental price (course fee) includes the costs for electrical energy and heating.
6. The use of the wallbox (e-charging station) will be billed at the current electricity prices. Please announce your desired use beforehand.
   
7.  The berlimus house parents' house is also located on the property. When using the guest apartment in this house, please respect your privacy.
